Summer: € 3.00 per person and night
Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from tourist tax.

Reservation:
Are only valid in writing by email. In case of a successful reservation we ask you to pay the deposit of 400 EUR of the total amount within 7 days by Bank transfer.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. you don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation. Please visit www.europaeische.at for more information.

Smoking/non smoking:
All our rooms/apartments are non-smoking rooms/apartments.

Cancellations:
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will invoice the room price (minus meals). The place of jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Short stays:
For short stays of less than 3 days we charge € 5 per day and person.

Parking:
Parking spaces are available directly at our house

Pets:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
